Onboarding
You’ll complete your onboarding electronically through a web form, where we’ll gather information and requirements via a series of questions. Once we’ve received your intake form, we’ll arrange a Zoom meeting to ensure access to your accounting software. Following this, your dedicated accounting team will commence work on your books.
Your Team
Each client is provided with a dedicated team. You will always have someone available to assist you with your needs. Every team has a dedicated contact person for each client. We utilize various communication channels such as text, call, chat, and Zoom. You can easily reach your team to ask questions or share screens, gaining a better understanding of your accounting.
Our Process
Every month, we finalize the books and deliver a set of financial statements reviewed by a Professional Accountant. Our commitment ensures that your books are closed, and financial reports are delivered timely. You have the option to grant us access to your bank/credit accounts for statements, or you can upload them monthly. Additionally, we can establish a dedicated email address/inbox for all your accounting communications, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Our standardised process for each client maintains data integrity, consistency and efficiency, operating seamlessly.
